James has written the below interpretation of Track 1: ‘The Real Business’

The Real Business sounds like two drunken idiots, one sax and the other keys, who fumble and fornicate their way across a set of lost and hopeless chords, punching at bravado and romance but hitting only thin air. They descend eventually upon a plain of peace, sleep or enlightened stupor, without pulse, without aspiration, nor fear, but relief. This piece opens the LP.
